My current friends are there for me. They aren’t going to blow me off for their boyfriends or girlfriends or fuck buddies. I appreciate honesty and loyalty and all of them are. They give a shit, even when I may not deserve it. It’s an awesome feeling.
I don’t regret ending friendships. All of them needed to end. I’m glad that they did. I only regretted the ending of one friendship, and I got her friendship back. But it was my fault that the friendship ended, my actions and my words. I blew things out of proportions.
So just now what you are dealing with. Look at the friendship objectively and see if it would hurt you or help you to lose his friendship. And most of all give it time. Don’t jump back in to it.
